Sophomore & junior baseball players looking to earn service hours while making a difference in young lives can do so in the North End Baseball Program from June 11 thru July 5.  The program takes place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Mondays & Thursdays.  Please see Mr. Allen in the Advancement Office for details.

Please turn Spanish books into your exam proctor or bring them to Mr. Smith before the Spanish exam.

Any items left in the gym or football locker rooms will be washed and donated to charity after today.

Attention all students who will need transportation next school year from Fairfield, Hamilton, Talawanda --- forms from each district are on the office counter.  Please take one home today and have your parents complete it and mail it to your transportation district.  Otherwise, you will not be provided transportation.

Students in Mrs. Jeffcoat’s classes who are leaving early for the game should stop by room 107 and pick up an exam review packet for a Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Attention teachers & staff:  The Apple Professional Development will be held in the PFAC Music Room.  Also, two apps are required for this training.  Watch your Badin Gmail for further info.

All juniors going on the June Kairos need to get their permission slips in ASAP.

Attention Badin sophomore and junior baseball players.  If you are interested in following up and helping in the North End baseball league, please see Mr. Allen in the Advancement Office.  The league plays Monday and Thursday morning, June 11 through July 5, at the North End diamonds.  Unlimited service hours will be given and you will be making a difference in many young lives.  See Mr. Allen for the application and contact information.

Attention all students!  Start planning your summer service projects now.  Visit our Badin Campus Ministry/Christian Service page and click on “Summer of Service” to learn about the many service opportunities awaiting you this summer!  You’ll find information about the city of Hamilton Safety Town, The Great American Ballpark Green Guardians Project, Hamilton County Park District-Winton Woods Riding Center and many others!

Please listen carefully to the following update for next year’s service requirement:  Students will be required to submit at least one half of their hours by the end of the 2^nd quarter.  For example, next year’s seniors must submit at least 10 approved hours before the end of the 2^nd quarter in order to pass that quarter for religion class.  The balance of their twenty hours will be due in early May.

Students please plan your service work accordingly, failure to complete half of your service requirements by the end of the second semester, will result in a 2^nd quarter religion class failure.

AFTERNOON ANNOUNCEMENTS

Depending on the outcome of today's baseball game, Friday's dismissal time may change.

If the baseball team wins, we will dismiss school at 1:18 on Friday.  This will allow the students, faculty and staff to attend the regional finals which will take place at 2:30 in Xenia.  It will also be a green and white day.


If the baseball team doesn't win, we will be on regular 2:30 dismissal and in normal uniform.
